The Federal Bureau of Prison - Federal Correctional Complex Beaumont, Texas, intends to issue Solicitation 15B50223Q00000015 for the provision of Quarterly Certified Kosher/Halal Food Items. The Government reserves the right to make a formal single or multiple awards for this provision. The NAICS Code for this solicitation is 311999. This solicitation is restricted to 100% small business, FOB Destination, and is a Firm-Fixed Price Contract. Kosher Food Items are to be delivered to the Federal Correctional Complex (FCC), located at 5980 Knauth Road, Beaumont, Texas 77705. Guarantee of delivery must be made on or before April 17, 2023. Failure to deliver by specified date may result in awarding to the next lowest bidder. The Government will award to the responsible contractor whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, is considered to be the most advantageous to the Government based on price related factors only.
