cleaning required. Secured wareyard parking
area for two (2) 20-foot trailers left onsite 24x7;
available surface parking for employees; Area
should include circulation for moving
equipment/materials/devices in and out of both
20-foot trailers into the area. A turning radius
which provides ability to drive at least a 23-foot
work truck up to warehouse space for pick
up/drop off of equipment/materials/devices.
Use of existing premise dumpsters.

Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility,
seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced
lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance
floodplain (formerly referred to as “100-year” floodplain).

prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense
Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition
