Additional Requirements: • Warehouse must be able to accommodate the interior storage of up to 6 vehicles with a length of up to 18’9” and 6’9” in width – with room to maneuver, park, and to do light maintenance.
• There is a 24/7 HVAC requirement.
• Must be located on the 1st Floor
• A floor load capable of holding up to 6 vehicles weighing up to 10,500 pounds each
• Must have a minimum of 1 ground level roll-up door, which must be no smaller than 10’ x 10’ – to serve as a vehicle entrance to the facility.
• Space must be enclosed by solid walls
• Controlled access to the space
Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required (except for janitorial). Offered space shall not be in the [1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as “100-year” floodplain).
