Please join the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA), Public Buildings Service (PBS), Greater Southwest Region (Region 7) for an Industry Exchange as it relates to R7’s Brownsville Gateway Modernization project.
This invitation is open to all small and large business concerns, including (but not limited to) suppliers and manufacturers that are interested in supplying and/or installing low embodied carbon (LEC) asphalt, concrete (and cement), glass, and/or steel materials for this project. GSA National Complex Large Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contractors are the prospective prime contractors.

- Learn about the Brownsville Gateway Land Port of Entry (LPOE) project
- Learn about the Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) Mega Construction Project Program
- Learn about GSA’s Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) program, including an overview of GSA’s IRA appropriations: low embodied carbon (LEC) construction materials, Emerging and Sustainable Technologies (E&ST), and High-Performance Green Buildings (HPGB).
IMPORTANT: This announcement is NOT a request for proposal. The Request for Proposal for the Brownsville LPOE construction procurement was sent to the GSA National Complex Large Construction Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract holders only. This is an Industry Day event.
