Dear Quoter:
The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Texarkana, Texas, intends to issue solicitation 15B51523Q00000005 for the requirement for Hay Baling Services. The NAICS code for this requirement is 115113. Offers will be FOB destination with the anticipated date will beginning May 1, 2023.
The contract type will be firm-fixed-price. The evaluation factors are price and past performance. The price will be rated higher than past performance. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is considered to be most advantageous to the Government. Failure to deliver within the established time frames will be considered as non-conformance under the contract terms.
The solicitation will be made available on or about April 10, 2023 and will be posted to the General Services Opportunities website www.sam.gov. All future information regarding this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will be distributed solely through this site. The anticipated date for receipt of quote is April 24, 2023, at 3:00 P.M. Central Standard Time via mail or email. Each offeror(s) is required per FAR 4.1102 to complete their registration with the Federal Government via www.sam.gov to do business with. Faith- Based organizations and Community-Based organizations have the right to submit offers equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. All responsible sources must submit a quote to be considered. The anticipated date of award is by April 28, 2023.
