This announcement constitutes an official Request for Information (RFI). At this time, CBP is not seeking proposals and will not accept unsolicited proposals. Any response to this RFI will be acknowledged as information only. There is no entitlement to payment of direct or indirect costs by the Government resulting from contractor submission of responses to this announcement or the Government use of such information. No funds have been authorized, appropriated, or received for this effort. Any information provided to CBP may be used by CBP in developing and/or refining its Acquisition Strategy, Statement of Work, and Performance Specifications. Interested parties are responsible for adequately marking any/all proprietary or competition-sensitive information contained in their response. The U.S. Government does not intend to award any contract based solely on responses to this RFI, or to otherwise pay for the information submitted in response to the same. The U.S. Government is not obligated to notify respondents of the results of this survey.
This document describes the products and execution requirements relating to the purchase of known brand name commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) available small off-road trailers. The contractor will be required to furnish equipment and all supporting accessories at a FFP that is identical or equal to equipment outlined and the contractor shall address all Parts, Sections, and Items in this Statement of Work (SOW) and clearly identify any exception taken to any Part, Section, or Item of the SOW. The contractor shall provide documentation indicating the compatibility, suitability and durability of all product.
