The 502d Contracting Squadron at JBSA-Lackland, TX intends to award a single source purchase order to MDM MAC Enterprises under the authority of FAR Part 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). The proposed contract action is for the purchase of Cold Tubs. Please see attached Single Source Justification for further details.

This notice is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation is available. The Government intends to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12 and intends to procure from only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), that the circumstances of this contract action deem only a single source is reasonably available to fulfill the stated requirement.
