Inability to participate in the Government’s Industry Day DOES NOT preclude any entity from participating in any future solicitations. Moreover, participating or not participating in this Industry Day will not be considered in any future solicitation.

The United States Air Force (USAF) under AFSAT requires training and technology transfer in accordance with security assistance agreements and/or security cooperation programs as documented in multiple cases. Specifically, supporting Foreign Military Sales (FMS) F-16 postproduction pilot training and supporting services.

Those services will include providing F-16 Instructor Pilots (IP) to conduct pilot flight, simulator, and academic training. This may require courseware development, support positions (i.e., scheduler, aircrew flight equipment) and may be CONUS or OCONUS. The services provided are not intended to conduct formal USAF F-16 Basic or Requalification courses.
