Description

The Federal Bureau of Prisons - Federal Correctional Complex Beaumont, Texas, intends to issue Solicitation 15B50223Q00000019 for the provision of the removal, supply and installation of two industrial commercial dryers. The Government intends to make a single award for this provision. The NAICS Code for this solicitation is 335220. This solicitation is restricted to 100% small business, FOB Destination, and is a Firm-Fixed Price Contract. The washers are located in the United States Penitentiary (USP) located at 6200 Knauth Road, Beaumont, TX 77705. The contractor has sole responsibility and discretion for choosing and implementing the manner and method of performing tasks outlined in the Statement of Work, so long as the requirements are met in accordance with the policies described within. The Government will award to the responsible contractor whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, is considered to be the most advantageous to the Government based on price related factors only. The contractor shall adhere to the delivery schedule established in the statement of work. The solicitation will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration’s Federal Business Opportunities website at https://beta.sam.gov/.
