The Contractor shall manufacture, deliver, and install a turnkey Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection (FPI) System at Corpus Christi Army Depot (CCAD), Texas in accordance with the soliciation and all associated documents attached hereto.
