The Texas Army National Guard intends to award a Sole Source Firm Fixed-Price Contract to INVERSIS TRAINING SOLUTIONS, INC (087W6). In Accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirement. Contracting officers may solicit from one source if the Contractiing Officer determines that the circumstance of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available due to unique capability/concept, is not otherwise available to the Government, and does not resemble the substance of a pending compatitive acquisitoon

The purpose of this notice is to inform the public that the Texas Army National Guard anticipates issuing a contract to INVERSIS TRAINING SOLUTIONS, INC to purchase parts for the range targetry at one of our prime locations.

This notice is not a request for competitive quotes/proposals thus no solicitation will be posted. However, any party that believes it can meet this requirement as stated herein may submit a written capability statement that clearly supports and demonstrates their ability to perform/deliver the requirement. Included must be sufficient technical detail/information that a reasonable determination can be made that the offered item/service would qualify given the provided information.

Capability statements must be received by the response date and time of this notice. Submissions will be reviewed to determine if they can meet the requirement. A determination by the Government to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solelt within the discretion of the Government.
