Description
This is a Request for Quote (RFQ). The government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price
contract resulting from this solicitation. This RFQ is set aside for Small Business (SB).

All respondents must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) at
www.sam.gov. Interested SBs must be listed to receive contract awards.

Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 17, is soliciting offers for Police Training Simulator. The Police Training Simulator will be installed at the El Paso VA Healthcare Center in El Paso, Tx in accordance with the Performance Work Statement.

Offeror shall submit technical questions to the Government in writing via email only and no later
than 1:00 P.M. Central Daylight Time (CDT), 08/23/2023. Please annotate subject line
of e-mail with Technical Questions 36C25723Q1248 Police Training Simulator and send to T Miller, Contract Specialist, at t.miller@va.gov. Please include in your questions in the section of the solicitation/page number that your question is referencing.

Offeror shall submit offers directly via email to T Miller, Contract Specialist, at t.miller@va.gov.
