The City of Allen is seeking to develop an exclusive partnership with a non-alcoholic beverage distributor, “Beverage Provider,” to provide beverage services for Credit Union of Texas Event Center (CUTXEC), Allen Community Ice Rink (ACIR), The Courses at Watters Creek (TCWC), Allen USA Celebration, and Stephen Terrell Recreation Center (STRC) as a method of generating revenue.
The scope of such partnership agreement would include providing the official beverage distributor with facility exclusivity, category exclusivity, access to points of sale, special events, and vending at ACIR.
The Beverage Provider shall become a corporate sponsor, who will be able to advertise, market, sell, distribute, and promote its products per the specifications listed herein. This shall include, for the Beverage Provider, an annual sponsorship, advertising rights, product rights, as well as provide the City with rebates/commissions, complimentary/donated product and equipment.
