The City of Allen is soliciting quotes for an annual contract for Outdoor Special Event Rentals: Group A – Portable Toilets and related and Group B – Fencing and related for the City of Allen. This contract will be utilized on an “as needed” basis for City planned events such as Holly Jolly (Downtown Allen, first Saturday in December), Allen USA (Celebration Park, last Saturday in June), Spring Fling event (Spirit Park, week before Easter), and miscellaneous events including events downtown and/or events at the Event Center.
