Notes The City of Allen is seeking proposals for the fireworks display service for the Allen USA Event and Holly Jolly. The fireworks display for the Allen USA Event, in most cases, falls on the last Saturday each June at Celebration Park located at 701 Angel Parkway, Allen, Texas 75002. The 2024 Allen USA festivities will be held on Saturday, June 29, 2024. The fireworks display typically begins at approximately 9:30 P.M. Holly Jolly is set in the downtown area of Allen. The fireworks display is 60 seconds of proximity fireworks set to holiday music.
