The City of Allen is soliciting bids on behalf of the Collin County Governmental Purchasers Forum for the purchase of new tires with optional installation services, in accordance with the specifications provided herein. This Contract, if awarded, shall be performed on an as-needed basis, with estimated annual expenditures as listed below. The following list of agencies has identified themselves as users of this contract. The contractor shall allow the same use to the members under the Collin County Governmental Purchasers Forum list attached.
