This project primarily consists of widening Turner Warnell Road (Cooper Street to Matlock Road), a major arterial, from a 2-lane county-type asphalt road to a 4-lane divided concrete roadway. Improvements for this project include storm drainage, sidewalks, pavement markings, street signs, streetlights, sanitary sewer connections, communication conduit, conduit for future use, signals at Cooper Street and Walnut Creek Drive intersections, and median landscaping and irrigation.
