The intent of this solicitation is to establish a request for proposal for routine preventative maintenance and repair of power generators. The generators are located at various City facilities. The contract provides for annual maintenance of 20 generators and quarterly maintenance of 13 generators.
At the time of this bid there are a total of 33 generators through various City of Arlington Facilities. An additional 3 will be added to the contract once they have been commissioned.
The City of Arlington strongly encourages bidders to submit their response to this RFP electronically. If submitting a paper proposal, it must be submitted in a sealed envelope or package and labeled with the company name, solicitation number and title. Late proposals will not be accepted.
