The City of Beaumont (City), through this Request for Proposal (RFP), is seeking responses from qualified respondents to provide towing services for “no-proof of financial responsibility” in cooperation with the City of Beaumont Police Department. The awarded Contractor will, in addition to providing towing service as stated, operate and maintain a Contractor-owned vehicle storage facility. The contract excludes towing services outside the City limits of Beaumont, Texas.
