Attendance at the Pre-bid meeting is a prerequisite to bidding. Prior to the pre-bid conference, interested bidders should obtain forms of proposal, contract, bond, and specifications.
No one will be allowed to enter the pre-bid virtually or in-person if arrival is later than 5 minutes after the designated time. Calls for any technical difficulties must be made prior to the meeting.
