This project includes the construction of a flow transfer station, pipe connections, and valves to create the new Southside IV pressure plane. The flow transfer station includes a flow meter vault, a pressure sustaining valve vault, and supporting electrical and instrumentation. Pipe connections include approximately 1,050 linear feet of 12-inch PVC water line by open cut, 580 linear feet of 8-inch PVC and DIP water line by open cut, and two 8-inch pressure plane valves.

If a prebid conference is held, the presentation and any questions and answers provided at the prebid conference will be issued as an Addendum to the call for bids. If a prebid conference is not being held, prospective bidders can e-mail questions or comments in accordance with Section 6 of the Instructions to Bidders referenced above to the project manager(s) at the e-mail addresses listed.
