NOTICE: REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

RFP #23-20

The City of Galveston is accepting sealed proposals on a contract for Beach Park Concessions . Sealed proposals shall be uploaded to the Purchasing Division online portal for solicitation submittals.

There will be a non-mandatory pre-proposal conference on 10:00 A.M., (CST); Monday, September 11, 2023. The pre-proposal meeting will allow all Proposers an opportunity to ask representatives relevant questions and clarify provisions of this RFP. The pre-proposal will be held at City Hall, 823 Rosenberg St., Room 100, Galveston, TX, 77550

Solicitation submittals will be received until 10:00 A.M.(CST), Monday September 25, 2023 and opened immediately in that office.  Any response received after that time will not be considered. Click the link below to upload your submittal.
