Street Broadway to Seawall Mill and Overlay. Sealed proposals shall be uploaded to the Purchasing Division online portal for solicitation submittals.
There will be a non-mandatory pre-proposal conference on Thursday, February 1, 2024, at 2:00 p.m., at the following location:
