Sealed bids in duplicate addressed to the City of Highland Village, Texas, (“City”) for the Doubletree Ranch Park - Barn Renovation Party Room Project (the “Project), in accordance with the plans, specifications and contract documents prepared by Brohard Architecture, LLC (“Brohard Architecture”), will be received at the office of the City Secretary of the City of Highland Village, at 1000 Highland Village Road, Highland Village, Texas 75077, until 2:00pm on Friday, March 1, 2024. Bids received by the appointed time and date will be opened thereafter and read aloud. Any bids received after closing time will be returned unopened.

A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 10:00am on Friday, February 16, 2024 at the City of Highland Village Parks Office, located at 948B Highland Village Road. As part of the Pre-Bid Conference, City representatives will escort prospective bidders to the Project site after a general question and answer session is completed. The Pre-Bid Conference is not mandatory, however, anyone submitting a bid without attending the Pre-Bid Conference may fail to obtain information relating to the Project that may impact the requirements of this bid, resulting in the bid being non-responsive and rejected as non-conforming. All questions regarding the Project related to the plans or the Pre-Bid Conference shall be submitted to Mark Brohard with Brohard Architecture (chad@BrohardArchitecture.com) within 72 hours prior to bid due date. No questions will be answered within 48 hours of bid opening.
