Bids will be opened at read aloud at 1:30 PM Central Time.
All bids received after the 1:00 PM cut off will not be accepted.
Bid documents may be obtained in the following way: Physical plans and specifications can be purchased at Arlington Blueline – 210 S East Street, Arlington, TX 76010 for a non-refundable cost of $500 per set.
