Bidders are strongly encouraged to submit their proposals electronically through use of Cit-E-Bid or in person - hand delivery. Mailed Bids (i.e. USPS, FedEx, UPS), telegraphic, emails or facsimile bids will not be considered.

Hand Delivered proposals may be received at the City Secretary Office, 1110 Houston St., 3rd Floor, Laredo, Texas 78040 until 5:00 P.M. on March 7, 2024 and all proposals received will be opened and publicly acknowledged at 10:00 A.M. on March 8, 2024.

If hand delivered, Proposals are to be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked: FY24-042 RFP MPO MICROTRANSIT FEASIBILITY STUDY OF LTMI.
