Hand delivered bids will be received at the City Secretary Office, 1110 Houston St., 3 rd . floor, Laredo, Texas 78040 until 5:00 P.M. on September 5, 2023 and all bids received will be opened and publicly acknowledged at 10:00 AM on September 6, 2023.
The City of Laredo has established a local vendor preference ordinance 2018-O-175. All informal and formal Requests for bids for contracts will be evaluated with a 5% preference for local vendors.
