Notice is hereby given that the City of Laredo is now accepting sealed proposals, subject to the Terms and Conditions of this Invitation for Proposals and other contract provisions, for awarding a two (2) year contract for Pharmaceutical Services. These services will be for the Health Department and its different programs.

Proposals can be hand delivered to City Secretary Office, 1110 Houston St., 3rd. Floor, Laredo, Texas 78040 or submitted through Cit-E-Bid system until 5:00 P.M. on May 1, 2024 and all submitted bids received will be opened and publicly acknowledged at 10:00 A.M. on May 2, 2024.

Bidders are strongly encouraged to submit their proposals electronically through use of Cit-E-Bid or in person - hand delivery. Mailed Bids (i.e. USPS, FedEx, UPS), telegraphic, email or facsimile bids will not be considered.

The City of Laredo has established a local vendor preference ordinance 2018-O-175. All informal and formal Requests for bids for contracts will be evaluated with a 5% preference for local vendors.
