This project includes, but is not limited to, a low pressure micro-filtration membrane system retrofit/expansion, ancillary membrane equipment, expansion of the 0.8-percent concentration sodium hypochlorite on-site generation system, chemical storage, containment and feed modifications, replacement of one (1) vertical turbine pump and necessary piping and valves at the Lower Pressure Plane High Service Pump Station, addition of one (1) vertical turbine pump and necessary piping and valves at the Upper Pressure Plane High Service Pump Station, modifications to the inlet of Clearwell No. 1, Washwater Recovery Basin 2 modifications, Washwater Recycle Pump Station and Recycle Pipeline upsizing, Electrical, instrumentation, PLC and SCADA improvements, installation of one (1) diesel-powered electrical generator, addition of automatic transfer switches for three (3) existing diesel powered electrical generators, yard and plant piping improvements, structural improvements for the above-mentioned items, HVAC and architectural modifications (if needed) for the above mentioned items.
