The Marble Falls Economic Development Corporation (MFEDC) is accepting bids for the construction of the Lakeside Park Phase 1B project components.

These transformative amenities will be located along the shore of Lake Marble Falls and adjacent to the upcoming Ophelia Hotel & Conference Center. Phase 1b is intended to enhance the existing park system and the Downtown District as a whole.

With the goal of maintaining high-quality parks, recreation, and open space sites, the MFEDC is seeking a general contractor with experience in constructing quality projects that create a sense of place and community.

Along with the Bid Tabulation Form, the Contractor may submit, at their discretion, any other supplemental proposal information to be considered by the MFEDC for selection.

The MFEDC shall not incur any cost associated with the development of this proposal or submittals.
