The City of Marble Falls, Texas is seeking a qualified consultant to perform a feasibility study for the downtown district to guide the redevelopment of City-owned property. We are seeking a consultant with a proven track record in market analysis, real estate development, and urban planning.

The purpose of the study is to provide the City with a comprehensive understanding of the current market conditions in the downtown district and an analysis of potential development opportunities. The consultant will be responsible for identifying market trends, possible uses for the property, and the economic feasibility of various development scenarios. Additionally, the consultant will be expected to provide recommendations for a development strategy that will maximize the economic and social benefits of the project.

Interested consultants should have at least five years of experience in market analysis and real estate development and a proven track record of successful projects in urban settings. They should also have experience working with local governments and a deep understanding of the regulatory environment in Texas.
