The City of North Richland Hills is accepting Statement of Qualifications from firms who are interested and qualified to perform the necessary engineering services required for development of plans and specifications for the LOWERY LANE SEWER MAIN REPLACEMENT PROJECT . The deadline for submitting questions pertaining to this RFQ is 12:00 P.M. (Noon, (C.S.T.) Tuesday January 17, 2023 . All questions must be submited through the link provided on the Public Purchase website. The City of North Richland Hills reserves the right to reject in part or in whole all RFQs submitted, and to waive any technicalities for the best interest of the City of North Richland Hills.
