The City of Portland, Texas is hereby accepting applications from firms interested and qualified to provide Depository Services. The sealed applications must be clearly marked on the outside “RFA No. 4705 for Depository Services” along with the applicant’s name and address as instructed in the RFA. Applications must be addressed to: Annette Hall – City Secretary, City of Portland City Hall, 1900 Billy G. Webb Dr., Portland, TX 78374 and delivered by no later than 2:00 p.m. local time (CT) on April 5, 2024. Any applications received after the due date and time will be deemed late, non-responsive and will not be considered.
