The City of Portland, Texas is hereby accepting proposals from firms interested and qualified to provide Paddleboard & Kayak Rental Services. The sealed proposals must be clearly marked on the outside “RFP No. 5373 for Paddleboard & Kayak Rental Services” along with the proposer’s name and address as instructed in the RFP. Proposals must be addressed to: Annette Hall – City Secretary, City of Portland City Hall, 1900 Billy G. Webb Dr., Portland, TX 78374 and delivered by no later than 2:00 p.m. local time (CT) on April 15, 2024. Any proposals received after the due date and time will be deemed late, non-responsive and will not be considered.

An optional pre-proposal meeting will be held on March 28, 2024. Please refer to the RFP documents for the location and time.
