The City of Portland, Texas is hereby accepting proposals from firms interested and qualified to provide Paddleboard and Kayak Rental Services. The sealed proposals must be clearly marked on the outside “RFP No. 5373 for Paddleboard and Kayak Rental Services” along with the proposer’s name and address as instructed in the RFP. Proposals must be addressed to: Annette Hall – City Secretary, City of Portland City Hall, 1900 Billy G. Webb Dr., Portland, TX 78374 and delivered by no later than 2:00 p.m. local time (CT) on May 2, 2024. Any proposals received after the due date and time will be deemed late, non-responsive and will not be considered.
An optional pre-proposal meeting will be held on April 18, 2024. Please refer to the RFP documents for the location and time.
