The City of Portland is hereby soliciting bids from firms interested and qualified to provide 3M Scott Air-Pak X3 Pro self-contained breathing apparatuses.

The Sealed Bid must be marked on the outside “RFB 5368 FOR 3M SCOTT AIR-PAK X3 PRO SCBAs” along with the bidder’s name and address as instructed in the RFB. All Bids must be addressed and delivered to: Annette Hall – City Secretary, City of Portland City Hall, 1900 Billy G. Webb Dr., Portland, TX 78374 by no later than 2:00 PM (CT) on September 28, 2023, at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Any bids received after the due date and time will be deemed late, non-responsive and will not be considered.  A copy of the RFB documents may be obtained from the Purchasing Officer at the Portland City Hall or downloaded directly from the City’s website by just selecting the document(s) from "Related Documents" below.
