The City of Portland, Texas (“City”) hereby issues this Request for Bid (“RFB”). The City is seeking bids from firms interested and qualified to resurface the City’s recreation pool in the Portland Aquatic Center located at 2000 Billy G. Webb, Portland, TX 78374. The bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope bearing the title “SEALED BID – RFB 5604 FOR RESURFACING OF AQUATIC CENTER POOL” along with the Bidder’s name, address, and contact information. The deadline for submission of bids is March 22, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. CDT (Central Daylight Time). Bids received on or after this deadline will be deemed late, non-responsive and will not be considered.
