6100016711 PF Request for Competitive Sealed Proposals – Enhanced Disease Surveillance System

This Request for Competitive Sealed Proposal (RFCSP) is issued by the City of San Antonio (City) for the San Antonio Metropolitan Health Department (Metro Health). The purpose of this request is to secure a vendor (“Respondent”) that has a proven record of successfully delivering a scalable Electronic Infectious Disease Surveillance System. This will allow Metro Health staff to better protect the communities through improved management and control of infectious diseases and information. The proposed system must be able to receive, process, store, manage, and streamline current manual business processes through automated workflows to better manage and report to the Texas Department of Health State Services (DSHS).
