6100017944 Salesforce Updates for SBEDA Program Implementation

The City of San Antonio (City) is seeking proposals from qualified Respondents to fully design, deliver and implement improvements to an existing customized Salesforce platform for the Economic Development Department (EDD), with the assistance of the City’s Information Technology Services Department (ITSD). The current platform is utilized as an operational workflow to monitor tasks and processes, as well as collect and report on data indicators, related to the Small Business Economic Development Advocacy (SBEDA) Program. For reference, the SBEDA Program assists eligible small, minority and woman-owned businesses in obtaining City contracts at the prime contractor and subcontractor levels. Due to pending SBEDA ordinance changes expected to be implemented in late summer/early Fall 2024, improvements are needed to streamline package intake, create integration with external systems and implement robust automation of project processing and program reporting requirements.
