The City of San Antonio (hereinafter referred to as “City”) is seeking proposals from qualified respondents interested in providing and operating services for the Manuel P. Berriozábal cafécollege. Cafécollege, located at 131 El Paso Street, opened to the public. The mission of the Manuel P. Berriozábal cafécollege is to provide a one-stop college access center for resources regarding college admissions, financial aid, scholarships, and preparedness to help San Antonio youth achieve their career and college goals. With the support of cafécollege, San Antonio youth will exceed the national average of college attainment and our city will attract the workforce industry needed to improve the quality of life. Eligible organizations include public entities, community-based organizations, and non-profit organizations that have been in existence for at least two years as of the closing date for applications.
