This Request for Competitive Sealed Proposal (“RFCSP”) is issued by of the City of San Antonio (“City”) for the Communications & Engagement Department (“C&E”). The purpose of this RFCSP is to select a vendor (“Respondent”) that is qualified and licensed to deliver a collaborative platform for the creation of graphic content. Currently, the City of San Antonio is utilizing multiple graphic design tools for the creation of graphic content varying from each department. The Communications & Engagement Department is seeking a cloud-based solution that allows for enterprise-wide online collaborative graphic content creation.
