On-Call Professional Consultant Services for Planning, Design, and Engineering

The City of San Antonio, Transportation Department (“City”) is seeking Statement of Qualifications (“SOQ”) through this Request for Qualification (“RFQ”) from interested qualified firms (“Respondents”) to provide on-call, or as needed, professional services for planning, design, engineering, and other programmatic areas (collectively, the “Project” or “Projects”). Scope of services may include but are not limited to on-call planning, studies, analysis, public engagement, marketing, data collection/survey and design services for multiple projects on an on-call, or as needed basis to be delivered through various programs and funding (federal, state, and local) sources. Additionally, awarded firms will be asked to provide staff augmentation services when needed. All firms proposing to provide on-call services to the City shall have an established staff or team(s) capable of responding in a timely manner to requests from City staff and be capable of providing the services indicated in the Scope of Work.
