The City of San Antonio will utilize online bidding services via CivCast at https://www.civcast.com/bids for the 2024-2025 TOC for Transportation Construction Projects - Package 1 project.

Scope: Construction for this project is expected to improve safety, connectivity, and accessibility for all users by expanding the bicycle network, reducing the occurrence of fatalities and serious injuries along our roadways using proven safety countermeasures, creating and maintaining the City’s Quiet Zones and using low impact development (LID) when possible. Elements of the construction contract include but are not limited to sidewalks, on and off-street bicycle improvements, paving, flatwork, medians, signage, pavement markings, rain gardens, vegetation, and other storm water improvements.
