The City of San Marcos is soliciting sealed proposals to be received in the Office of the Purchasing Manager, Building 4, 630 E. Hopkins St., San Marcos, TX 78666, as outlined below:

Solicitation Number: RFP 223-036     ARPA Funded Arborist & Tree Care Services

Specifications may be downloaded at www.sanmarcostx.gov/eprocurement .  Vendors must register to download information. All addenda, proposal tabulations, etc. can be downloaded at the above site.

Proposals must be received in the Office of the Purchasing Manager, Building 4, 630 E. Hopkins St., San Marcos, TX 78666, no later than August 10, 2023, at 2:00 P.M., Local Time, and will be publicly acknowledged immediately thereafter at the City of San Marcos, Building 4 Conference Room, 630 E. Hopkins St., San Marcos, TX 78666.   Attendance of the acknowledgment is available by online video conference.

Award is scheduled for October 2, 2023, City Council meeting at 6:00 P.M. or any subsequent time thereafter.
