Hays County, Texas (“County”) is seeking a well-qualified firm(s) to provide comprehensive heating ventilation-air conditioning HVAC maintenance and repair services for all Hays County buildings throughout the County, except the Hays County Jail, Training Academy, and the Maintenance Shop. The work will include the provision of a total preventative maintenance program including, but not limited to the inspection, preventative maintenance, repair, programming and other tasks and services necessary to insure safe, well maintained HVAC systems.
