The Brazoria County Purchasing Department, on behalf of the Brazoria County Toll Road Authority, hereinafter referred to as “BCTRA”, is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from competent firms, who can adequately demonstrate they have the resources, experience and qualifications to perform a Level II and Level III traffic and revenue study for the Brazoria County Toll Road Authority (BCTRA).
