Brazoria County is seeking proposals for a new pre-engineered metal building of approximately 20,101 SF to house Brazoria County’s Parks Department Headquarters, including lobby, reception, offices, kitchen, banquet hall, conference room, restrooms, storage, and other miscellaneous areas. Project also includes a new pre-engineered metal building of approximately 15,004 SF to serve as a Maintenance Shop, including shop areas, storage areas, office/training room, conference room, kitchen/breakroom, and restrooms.
