SCOPE OF WORK INCLUDES all materials, labor, equipment and services to produce or be incorporated in such construction. Contract will be a general contract for a video surveillance system upgrade in three (3) Collin County facilities: Adult Detention Facility/Sheriff’s Office, Courthouse and the Central Plant. The video management and recording system shall be an IP network-based, fully distributed digital video system. The projects shall be completed in the following order: 1. Adult Detention Facility, 2. Sheriff’s Office. 3. Courthouse, 4. Central Plant.
