The intent of Collin County is to solicit proposals from qualified vendors for a term contract for Services, Cafeteria Management for the Courthouse. The vendor shall occupy and maintain in a safe and healthy manner the allotted space and provide a basic menu of high quality, varied meals, snacks and beverages. It is the responsibility of the vendor to establish, review and control the menu selection, pricing, and portion sizes of all items for sale.
