SCOPE OF SCOPE OF WORK INCLUDES all materials, labor, equipment and services to produce or be incorporated in such construction. Contract will be a general contract for the construction of the Collin County Outer Loop Segment 3C Access Road (ultimate westbound frontage road), from Custer Road (FM 2478) to US 75. The construction of the nine-mile, two-lane access road on new location consists of grading, drainage, 2 bridge structures, signing, pavement markings, concrete pavement for the access road, and asphalt pavement for the cross streets. Payment for the contract work shall be made pursuant to the terms of the Contract Documents.

The opinion of probable construction cost for this contract is $ 71,264,750.68.
